๐๐ฅต THE BACKLOG SLOG! ๐ฅต๐
We've finally done something that's been hanging over us for a VERY long time... ๐ฎโ๐จ
We've replied to EVERY single Customer review โญ๐
Google | Facebook | Trustpilot | Yell - The lot! ๐
Some were written last week... Some last year...
And, rather embarrassingly, we unearthed a few that had been patiently sitting there for considerably longer! ๐๐ฆ
But there is a reason that backlog grew โ and it's a rather bittersweet one ๐
When we lost Mark suddenly in March 2025, our world โ both personally and at GO Forth! โ changed overnight ๐ฅน
We had to somehow keep the wheels turning while grieving the loss of our friend, business partner and such a huge part of everything we'd built together ๐๏ธ
Not a day goes by that we don't miss putting salt in his tea ๐งโ
Mark would be incredibly proud of what GO Forth! has continued to become ๐
He'd also know us well enough to know how much it bothered us seeing those lovely Customer reviews sitting there without the personal response they deserved โ๏ธ
They may have been unanswered โ but they were NEVER unread or unappreciated ๐ฅฐ
Because during those first few months especially, when we were simply trying to find our new normal, every review, recommendation, comment, like and share meant more than you probably realised ๐ฅบ
It was a little bit of continuous applause from the people around GO Forth! telling us:
Keep going... You're doing alright... ๐
And we did! ๐
So over the last wee while we've been working our way backwards through the archives โ reliving hundreds of adventures, recognising familiar names, remembering Motorhomes that have since left the fleet and occasionally wondering how on earth we'd managed to leave such lovely words unanswered for so long! ๐ซฃ๐
Every single one has now received the personal thank-you it should always have had ๐
And strangely, what started as a slightly embarrassing admin backlog turned into a really lovely trip down memory lane ๐ค
So if you left us a review sometime in the last few years and suddenly receive a notification saying GO Forth! Motorhome Hire has replied...
Fear not! โ
You haven't travelled back in time! ๐คฃ
It's just us finally catching up to say something we should have said a long time ago...

And from now on, every new review is getting the GO Forth! treatment it deserves โ considerably quicker than some of these ones did! ๐๐๐จ
Mark would expect nothing less! ๐โโ๏ธ
