Audi 48V Mild Hybrid System Failure? Don't pay main dealer prices.
We recently had an Audi A6 in the workshop suffering from a complete 48V mild hybrid system fault.
What we did:
1️⃣ Diagnostic scan to isolate the failure in the 48V electrical network.
2️⃣ Replaced the Belt-Driven Starter Generator (BISG) and DC/DC Converter.
3️⃣ Updated control module software to the latest SVM calibrations.
4️⃣ Performed full basic setting adaptation & system recoding.
Now, this Audi is back on the road with fully restored charging, smooth stop-start, and no warnings on the dashboard.
