Evolve ARC are currently seeking applicants for the Customer Services Administrator role to join the bodyshop team in the newly built, state of the art Coventry branch.
The role will include face to face interaction with customers arriving on site. Taking relevant details and creating working notifications on the body shop operating system. Planning and monitoring the drivers diary and overseeing the performance of the drivers on a day to day basis. Ensuring performance targets and service level agreement are met. Answering and dealing with incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

• tech savvy, a basic understanding of Autoflow or a similar bodyshop management system (two years experience preferred although the desire to learn and understand will be considered)

Salary: £21,600.00-£28,800.00 per year
