Wet Belts!!!

58,000m this Corsa was brought in for a service where we noticed cracking on the wet belt.

Unfortunately on these modern engines with wet belt systems they do not do the service intervals which your old timing belts and chains do. Get them checked before they go wrong!

This one has began to crack on the outer edge that rubber needs to go somewhere and will clog your engines oil galleries, oil strainer and oil filters just as you see here as this Corsa's Solenoid was almost blocked up.

Audi A3 Dead Since May and what a nightmare it was!!

This Audi was recovered in as a none starter with a few people attempting repairs before hand.

Initially it didn't build fuel pressure. Replacement Low Pressure Fuel Pump, High Pressure Fuel Pump Plunger and N290. Got Fuel Pressure but still wouldn't start.

Further Diag Revealed we had a catastrophic Turbo Failure. Turbo parts clogging the Charger cooler and boost pipe work.

Full rear engine strip down, Pipe works cleaned and a replacement 150Hp TDI Turbo we luckily had on the shelf.

A few other odd jobs as well 2 Snapped Glow plugs extracted and a new drop link.

She's a runner now 😎
