Job description
This role will be focussed upon administration and coordination of the services provided by Bescol Motors Industry experience is not essential, however prior experience of an administrative/secretarial role is desirable. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 40 hours however some occasional weekend work may also be required. You will need:
- Full driving license preferred
- Skilled with the use of IT and systems (in particular Microsoft Office)
- Extremely competent in written and spoken English
- Excel in the use of databases, excel, outlook.
This position is available for a immediate start, Start date can be negotiated around notice periods if necessary.

*Key Roles*
The majority of your position will be focused upon the day to day tasks of an administrator but will also include some design and content work focussed upon marketing. Typical tasks will include:
- Taking and booking enquiries
- Organising the diary and arranging work load.
- Managing and updating a database of client information
