Another fun project that was just a little bit different than our standard day-to-day.

This commercial DAF truck was in desperate need of a replacement section of the pump pipework 🚚⚠️.

Needing to withstand huge pressure flows, our team fabricated a brand new thick walled bend from 8 inch tube and replaced the faulty section, enabling the truck to get back out on the road and resume work 🦺

Luckily the sun was out on this particular day giving our guys a nice tan whilst working outdoors for a change 🌞

The Daimler SP250 Dart

The owner of this distinctively styled British sports car brought it to us to complete a full exhaust system, including matching silencers and classic rolled tails.

Originally conceived to capture the booming American sports car market, these were even once used by London metropolitan police as high speed pursuit vehicles.

What an absolute pleasure it was to have this iconic hot hatch on site 🤩

The Golf mk2 was known for it's superior build quality compared to it's predecessor... and nothing could be closer to the truth with this amazing example 🌟

Kept within the same family since it rolled out of the factory, it has spent the last few years being fully restored to it's original splendor, but with the odd upgrade along the way 💯

With a fully refurbished GTi engine installed, all that this beautiful VW needed was for us to add a centre resonator and make some slight alterations to the pipework to help improve on the already fantastic drive quality 🙌

Comfortable, reliable and extremely versatile - the VW Caddy can be a practical workhorse or a stylish cruiser.

This customer brought this fine example to us for a full 3inch stainless exhaust system complete with resonator silencers and turned down tips.

To match the sleek styling, the system was meticulously tig welded together 💯

1972 mk1 Ford Capri

You don't see too many in this condition 👀

The only thing that was less than perfect on this stunning car was the exhaust.

A complete new system was fabricated from the manifolds back and finished with a sleek straight-pipe tail ➖️💨

We love helping to restore vehicles to their former glory and it was certainly a pleasure to help breathe new life into this classic coupe.

Come and join us on 27th June at our facility in Congleton, Cheshire (CW12 1PJ) and enjoy the day with some spectacular motors on show.

Families welcome with food available and no admission fee.

A recently completed project here at JPs ✔

The Honda VT750 Shadow is known for it’s cruiser styling and accents of polished chrome 🏍✨

The V-twin engine allows for exhilarating acceleration and smooth riding experience, however the owner of this particular motorcycle felt that the stock dual mufflers were stifling the true potential of the vehicle’s sound and came to us for assistance.

Our team fabricated a twin straight-piped shotgun-style exhaust, accentuated with clean tig welds 💯

This not only enhanced the engine’s fierce rumbling but also reinforces the sleek design.
