Manchester and Belfast Marathons done ✔️

Chicago Marathon on the 13th of October followed by Dublin Marathon on the 27th,if all goes according to plan I’ll put this 4Mara challenge to bed!

This year I’m setting out to complete 4 Marathons.
Manchester and Belfast in the Spring.
Chicago and Dublin in the Autumn.

I’m doing this to raise funds and awareness for ALS, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe.

People with ALS suffer from a debilitating and aggressive condition that quickly inhibits their ability to even move and I’m celebrating my own privilege of movement in these marathons and hoping to raise money to contribute to understanding and treating this complex and devastating condition.

After having family and close friends with neurological disease this is a charity very close to my heart.

2007 ST Focus. Headlights badly discoloured and micro cracking through the top. Fully restored and looking as new. Not bad for 16year old headlights!!

We offer headlight restoration by sanding back your old,sun damaged headlights and chemically treating them back to their former optical clarity. We do not polish them or coat them with clear coat. This is a chemical treatment to ensure a long lasting repair
