October weather can be unpredictable. 🌦️🍂
One day it’s sunny and dry, the next it’s cold, wet and foggy — and your tires need to be ready for all of it.

As temperatures drop and road conditions change, keep an eye on:
🛞 Tire tread depth and overall condition
💨 Correct tire pressure
🌡️ Temperatures and changing road conditions
🍂 Wet leaves, rain and reduced visibility

Good tires are your connection to the road — so make sure they’re ready for whatever autumn brings.

Stay alert. Check your tires. Drive safe. 🚗

🚗 EXCITING TIMES AHEAD AT FIVE ACRES FAST FIT! 🚗

This weekend, our Fast Fit Manager was invited to London for a fantastic GT Radial & Micheldever Tyres event, bringing together some great people from across the industry.

Some people might find talking about tyres boring… but not this guy! 😂🛞 Put him in a room talking tyres, business and ways to improve things and he’s right at home!

It was a brilliant opportunity to network, share ideas and learn from others in the trade, and he certainly made the most of it.

He’s come back to Five Acres with some great new ideas and plans for how we can continue to push the business forward, improve what we offer and bring even more to our customers. 💪

We’re always looking at ways to improve, grow and give our customers the very best service possible.

🚗 Another big push forward for the Five Acres Fast Fit Bay! 🚗

Today we’ve taken another step forward by upgrading our wheel alignment equipment to the new modern tablet system.

One of the biggest advantages of the new system is that it gives us much more flexibility in the workshop. We can now use both our existing Fast Fit alignment pit and the larger pit on the other side of the garage, giving us the flexibility to carry out wheel alignments on a much wider range of vehicles, including taller and larger vans. 💪

For me, this is exactly what I want to achieve with Five Acres Fast Fit — continually improving, investing in the latest equipment and finding ways to offer more services to our customers.

A massive thank you to Absolute Alignment for the service from start to finish. 👏

From one phone call, we had a demonstration arranged within 48 hours, and then the new machine was installed within the same week.

That level of service is hard to fault.

It's not just about buying a piece of equipment — it's about having the right people behind you when you need them.

One phone call → Demo within 48 hours → Installed within the week.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Absolute Alignment. 👍

Another improvement for the Five Acres Fast Fit bay, and another step towards being able to offer our customers an even better service.

The hidden cost of pothole damage.

One bad hit might not leave a visible mark, but it can knock your wheels out of alignment, drag down your fuel efficiency, and cause uneven tyre wear over time.

If your car has been pulling to one side or your tyres are wearing unevenly, it is worth getting it looked at. A quick check now can save you money later.

There is nothing quite like that fresh tyre feeling.

Smoother handling, better grip, and the quiet confidence of knowing your car is ready for whatever the summer roads throw at it. If your current set is past its best, now is the perfect time to treat your car.

New tyres, expert fitting, and proper advice from people who know their stuff.
