From - Ford and Vauxhall centre
Due to BT, in their wisdom, upgrading our telephone line to digital/fibre connection (which our unit doesn’t even have) they have managed to disconnect us and also cannot find our line anymore!
After 12 hours on the phone on Friday and most of this morning too, we have been transferred from one person to another with no joy. It doesn’t appear that this will be a quick fix.
