This week we have seen a Land Rover Discovery with a broken steering motor. The bolts sheered causing the motor snap and the vehicle to lose power steering. Thankfully our Customer was only travelling at low speed at the time it failed. This is a dangerous defect for which Jaguar Land Rover have issued a recall notice and a repair in excess of £3000. Owners of JLR vehicles are advised to check if their vehicle has had a recall notice issued.

As of March 2023 we are trialing some changes to our SATURDAY opening times. We will be open the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 8.30am until 3pm. This will allow us to offer more flexible Saturday collection times and aid obtaining parts for repairs on the day should your vehicle need additional repairs. As always, Saturday bookings will be by prior appointment only.

They've only gone and done it! Congratulations to Clint and Rob for winning their race in the British Automobile Racing Club Classic Touring Car Championship at Snetterton on Saturday. This is their maiden season in their BMW E36 touring car; built and maintained by Clint at CARS Ltd. Well done Chaps!
