Our Services Include

Alloy wheel repair & Refurbishment
We specialise in alloy wheel repair We chemically strip the wheel sand blast and prep any kerb damage then in to our RDM oven & booth for powder primer then powder colour or wet painting to match any colour requested then protected with powder clear coat for a deep gloss finish. Kerb damage, flat spots, buckles, and cracks. Chemical stripping
Wheels or parts are chemically dipped to strip all old paint or powder coat off then neutralised and washed clean then dried so there stripped to bare metal ready for the sand blaster

Sand blasting
All wheels are Sand blasted to remove any rust, corrosion or debris

Wet painting
After powder primer we can colour match any factory colour or any custom colours you can imagine then powder clear coat for a Extreme High gloss finish with powder coat protection. Powder coating
We can Powder coat just about any thing metal in any colour imaginable to your request including finishes like Texture coat, Matt, Satin, Gloss an Extreme Hi-gloss Clear coat finishes

Colour matching
We also have the facilities on site to Colour match any wheel to any factory wheel colour or vehicle body colour also we can make any custom colours including Flip colours, Flakes, Xrallic Pearls, Candy colours and Chrome You’re imagination is our only limitation. Tyres
If your tyres are a little low on tread we can order in any make or brand of tyres so we can fit fresh rubber onto the freshly refurbished wheels if needed

Wheel balancing
All wheels refurbished will be balanced. Torqued wheel nuts
It’s company policy to Torque all wheel nuts to factory specification on completion and double checked by a second member of staff
But All wheel nuts should be checked for torque after 40 miles of road use and we offer this as a free service for all customers
So Just pop in after 40 miles for a quick check to ensure everything is up to speck
