We are a family run business here at JAC, which we love. We all get to spend a lot of time together (sometimes that's a good thing and a bad thing depending on the mood we're all in 😂).

However, it also means sometimes we're off at the same time 😂 family holidays... Or in this case multiple babies in a short amount of time.

We're delighted to announce that in the last few months we've added not one, but two new additions to the clan. Which (unfortunately) means that the two people who answer the emails/phones/socials are now currently off 😂

So if we're a wee bit slow to answer your emails or your phone calls we do apologise, we're running a bit of a skeleton crew at the moment but we're actively breeding our next generation of staff 😂

We will get back to you, just bare with us a little bit.

Another little and large post 🤣 although the little in this one is actually... our standard 3/4 M1 tested rock n roll bed 😂 Had to go a little wide angle on the photo to fit them in the frame 📸

It just so happens that the large is, well, exceptionally large 📏 a supersized three seater bed. Longer, wider, taller... everything-er.

I've lovingly dubbed it the King Sized as I shouted across the workshop to my helping hand to line it all up 🔭📣 You could sleep next to your other half and not know you're in the same van with this behemoth 🤣

Happy to help however we can to give you a good night sleep in your van - though these special orders would be collection only from our workshop as they're too massive to fit on our pallets 🚚❎

May have robbed these from our mates at Road Homes 😂 so give them some love 👌🏻

But here's our fancy autumnal tartan retrim and bespoke bed at home in their van.

We put a lot of time and love into making our seats, so we love it when we get to see them where they belong. Especially when the van looks as nice as this one 😘

We managed a quick little snap of these front seats (heading into a Movano) before they were snapped up.

Finished in top quality autumnal tartan (with matching scatter cushions), we retrofitted arm rests to both seats for that extra bit of comfort when on the road.

A custom bed was also collected prior to this to complete the package 👌🏻🙌🏼

Turns out we can !

Made with a slightly smaller footprint so it doesn't take up the majority of the rear of the van. On a lowered frame so your rear passengers don't double up as a periscope 🔭 but! With a longer outside back to fill up those spaces and allow a larger sleeping area 📐👩‍🔬👨‍🔬🧮

This particular little beauty allows for an approximate sleep space of 1780mm on a van with only 1700mm of floor space. The workshop mathematicians have done well on this one.

And it looks pretty good too 👌(hilarious comparison shot with a standard full width bed just to show how small and mighty this one is).

My favourite of our M1 tested beds is the gas assist. They're all fairly easy to put up and down but seeing this one pop up itself just makes me smile 😁

Showing our van couch a little love today 💞

Bringing a little luxury to your home on wheels. These can be made with arms, matching scatter cushions and kickboards.

Or! If a functional sleep space that doesn't take up too much space in your van, we can do it without all the bells and whistles.

Can be made different sizes to suit your van, different fabrics, but still the same great design that allows a little home comfort and a lot of sleep space.

We'll be closed on Monday 28th September for the September weekend bank holiday 🙌

Which I've always just assumed to be a thing across the board - which is lovely as my birthday more often than not falls on it 🤣🎁. However, I've been informed by my handy assistant (Google) that it's not even a Scotland wide holiday 🤣.

📣So this announcement is for anyone outside of a local council that supports this lovely bank holiday! We'll be OFF! You can come visit us, however, we won't be there and you'll be waiting a while 😂Feel free to drop us a message either on the phone or email/socials and as soon as we're back in Tuesday, rested (and for me full of cake and another year older 🎂👵) we'll get back to you!

This isn't something we usually do, look back over our photos and you'll see. We like a headrest, a little cushion for your head as your relax back into your seat for a long drive. A little place to proudly display some custom embroidery.

HOWEVER! Some rules are meant to be broken (every now and then).

A little bed for a new shaped Vauxhall Vivaro - made to pull out a little shorter to accommodate a kitchen. Done all in Forest Green with cream vertical stitching, it reminds me of an old school bench seat and suits the little flat top.

New owner was buzzing to dive off with it yesterday and start their new conversion.

With us, there's a bed for every van. And we mean that!

Whether you want one, two or three seatbelts, bright pink stitching, purple piping or just something timeless - we've yet to find a van we can't sort something out for!

The main issue people have when they come in the workshop is there's TOO much choice 🥴! It can get a little overwhelming when you realise we're like the Willie Wonka of the campervan bed world 🍫🏭
