We had this lovely Toyota MR2 in for some annual maintenance😎
New EBC Discs & Pads fitted on each corner, along with full set KYB shock inserts, Finished off with a gearbox oil change.

The page has been very quiet lately but the workshop as definitely not been!🔧⚙️

We had this i20 in recently with engine light on and a heavy engine rattle, it wasnt hard to know where the issue lay in this one, Customer was very lucky with this one.
Severely stretched timing Chain,
Chain guide bolts broken,
Chain guides broken,
Timing cover wore away.

Regular Oil Changes Saves engines

A lovely C43 amg came in for a rough chain rattle on start-up,
Stripped engine partially to expose timing chain and diagnose the issue, found one of the intake camshaft adjuster pulleys to be at fault.
Alot more parts removed for access and to allow for replacement. All parts fitted and running smoothly and quiet again😎
All Genuine parts fitted to this one.
✅️New camshaft adjuster pulley
✅️New camshaft adjuster valve
✅️X2 New Timing chain Tensioners
✅️New bolts
✅️New Oil filter & Oil
✅️New Coolant

We dont offer roadside callouts🚫.. but we made an exception for one of our Good Customers who called as their fan belt had snapped and had them stranded🆘️.. Sounded like a simple lunchtime fix💪🏻........
Long story Short =
Fan belt tensioner broke, shreds belt to peices,
Fan belt peices get tangled into timing belt,
Engine starting but knocking,
Van recovered to workshop🚑
Timing belt was removed and Re-timed👍🏼
🛠New timing belt kit & water pump fitted
🛠New tensioner
🛠x2 New Fan Belts
Customer was very lucky with this one as it could of easily been a New Engine needed..💵💵💵

This Audi Q7 came in with an MOT Failure for the handbrake system, we see this quite alot with automatic vehicles "The car is in park (P) so I've no need to put the handbrake on!"
A complete over- haul on the rear brakes was the only solution with this one.
