Job Summary
We are a small, independent car sales firm seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a strong passion for learning. In this role, you will generate new leads, utilize a CRM to track and nurture prospects, engage with customers, and maintain accurate sales records. You’ll also support market analysis and ongoing sales training.
OTE £30,000 - £35,000 pa.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through prospecting and referrals
Use a CRM system to manage and track customer interactions and sales pipeline
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences
Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner
Requirements
A keen interest in sales and a strong willingness to learn and develop
Familiarity with a CRM is advantageous
Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within automotive or similar industries
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focussed attitude
Additional Details
Full UK driving licence is essential
Bonus scheme available
Working hours:
9am-17:30pm Monday - Friday
9am - 16:00pm Saturday
Two Sundays per month on a rota basis
Please note: Weekend working is required, with alternative days off provided during the week
