Tom & I are blown away by the support we have received since my post yesterday.. honestly your kind words and love has been amazing 🫶🏽

I said on my previous post that I didn’t want to give this a reaction but the more i thought about it.. the more I thought Why the hell should I not call this appalling behaviour out… !! 😾

And let’s be honest I wouldn’t be fulfilling my role as garage bad cop if I didn’t! 🤪👩🏻‍🔧

Anyway we just wanted to sign off the week by thanking you all for supporting us so fiercely, what a loyal community we have 😻

Our phones are now being turned off so we can reset ready for the new week 💪🏽

❌ We’re aware that our business has been discussed in several local FB groups today and whilst I really did not want to give it any attention… I’m really pi**ed off and actually feel it should be addressed… !! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Tom and the team work incredibly hard every day to get our customers’ vehicles back on the road safely, and we take great pride in the service and care we provide.

We appreciate that not every customer will always have the same experience or expectations, but we believe in addressing concerns fairly and respectfully.
