Throwback to last week's NAPFM – The Emergency Fleet Exhibition in Telford.

Our team always enjoys spotting VisiFlex V-8000 in action, and this year's show was no exception. It remained the most widely used reflective material on display, appearing on more than twice as many vehicles as the next closest alternative.

A couple of weeks ago, Lewis was in Amsterdam for a specialist three-day training course on the TrafficJet Xpress digital traffic sign printer, hosted by Mimaki.

The training covered installation, mechanical and functional adjustments, parameter settings, troubleshooting, replacing machine components and parts, and daily, monthly and annual maintenance procedures.

The hands-on sessions provided valuable technical knowledge and practical experience, helping Lewis develop a deeper understanding of the TrafficJet Xpress and how to keep it operating at peak performance.

A big thank you to Mimaki for hosting the training and sharing their expertise.

Following the successful installation of their first TrafficJet Xpress, Intelligent Traffic Systems Ltd have now invested in a second Xpress printer alongside a VeloBlade digital cutting system to further enhance their production capabilities.

With increased capacity, fast turnaround times and streamlined finishing, the additional equipment will support the ITS team as demand continues to grow. The combination of TrafficJet Xpress print technology and VeloBlade precision cutting delivers an efficient, high quality workflow for the production of durable traffic signs.

We’re delighted to continue supporting ITS as they expand and invest in the future of their sign production operation.
