Huge congratulations to Rachel Keetley from Youlgreave who passed her driving test at Chesterfield test centre this afternoon!! 🎉🚗
Very well done Rachel on a great first time pass! It has been a pleasure teaching you, just as it was your sister 😊 Enjoy car shopping and best of luck in your A levels and with your University application! Don't forget to give me a wave if you see me when you're out and about in your car 👋🏻🚗

Huge congratulations to Lily Aykroyd from Darley Dale who passed her test at Buxton test centre bright and early this morning!🎉🚗
Lily has put some serious hours in with me this last couple of weeks, to really make sure she was ready for today, and her result has shown that you absolutely get out what you put in! 👏🏻
Congratulations to you Lily on a great pass and all the very best for your next chapter studying Midwifery at University in Manchester...starting with the dreaded packing and then the big move in TOMORROW! 🎉🏘👩🏻‍🎓👩‍⚕️

Massive congratulations to Brooke Maskrey from Matlock who passed her driving test at Chesterfield test centre this morning!! 🎉🚗
Very well done to you Brooke and thank you for being committed and reliable from day one - I'm so glad that all the hard work, including extra hours of practice with your Dad, have paid off and resulted in a really excellent pass with just one teeny-tiny fault (so very, very nearly a zero fault pass too!)
Enjoy your freedom in the Fiesta, give me a wave if you see me out and about 👋🏻, and keep getting behind that team of yours at Main Road 🔴😈

Huge congratulations to Mallory Hand from Birchover who has passed his driving test at Buxton test centre this afternoon!! 🎉🚗
Very well done Mal! Drive safely, remember the advice the examiner gave you and I wish you every success for the future! 👋🏻

Huge congratulations go to Amber Wayne from Matlock who absolutely smashed (in the best possible way!) her driving test at Buxton test centre this afternoon! 🎉🚗👏🏻
Amber, its been a long road to get here, but I hope your AMAZING accomplishment today has made all the hard work worth it, and that today is the beginning of your next chapter. Now you can start your hairdressing career and be truly independent!! Although you might have to wrestle your car keys off your Mum first!! 🤣
You've always been a pleasure to teach and I wish you all the very best for a safe and happy future!! Don't forget to give me a wave if you see me on your estate! 👋🏻

Huge congratulations to Jack Shackleton from Tansley, who passed his driving test yesterday at Chesterfield test centre! 🎉🚗 (Sorry for the late post! 🙈)
I don't think I've ever seen him smile as wide as he did yesterday! 😁 It hasn't been an easy few years for you Jack, but this is the much deserved reward for all of your patience, hard work and commitment to getting that full licence! Very well done on an accomplished and calm drive, and the very best of luck with your stand-up gigs and video editing career! Keep driving safely and give me a wave if you see me around!! 👋🏻

26/04/2026

Massive congratulations to Harry Sargeant from Matlock who passed his test super early this morning at Chesterfield test centre! 🎉🚗 Even with a 6am pick up time, Harry still showed some excellent, accomplished driving skills and a steady nerve. Harry, you did a great job this morning, and I wish you all the very best for your remaining time at College, and at University in Leeds from September. Keep driving safely and don't forget to give me a wave if you see me about! 🚗👋🏻

🚨🚨🚨 CLEAN SHEET ALERT!!! 🚨🚨🚨

Ladies and Gentleman, please welcome the newest member of the ZFC (Zero Fault Club)...none other than James Allday from Matlock who has passed his driving test at Chesterfield test centre with no faults this morning! 🚗🎉
James was clearly super nervous as we sat in the test centre waiting for the examiner this morning, looking every bit like a condemned man! He managed to (as I always advise my pupils before test) 'settle into' the test, not rush his decisions (or anything else for that matter) and bring a really, really great drive! 👏🏻
Very well done on your success today James, although I'm not sure who I'm going to discuss Traitors with now!! 😂 All the very best for A levels and University, keep driving like you did today and give me a wave if you see me around! 👋🏻

09/03/2026

Massive congratulations to Millie Davenport from Matlock who passed her driving test this morning at Chesterfield test centre! 🎉🚗
Millie stayed on top of her nerves and produced an excellent drive with just a handful of driving faults! Very well done to you Millie, and like you said on the way home, there's now a huge weight off your mind (and a lovely bit of FREEEEEEDOM and independence too!!). I wish you all the best for your A levels and University later this year. Please give me a wave if you see me while you're out and about in the car, and keep driving safely! 🚗👋🏻

Huge congratulations to Sam Greatorex from Matlock who passed his driving test today at Chesterfield test centre! 🎉🚗🎉🚗
Sam is a lovely, quiet lad who, just like his older brother, has been an absolute joy to teach! So that's both the Greatorex brothers safely passed and onto bigger and better things now! All the best to you Sam and all the best for your career in engineering! You know what Del Boy always says..."This time next year Bruv, we'll be millionaires!" 😉 Keep driving safely and give me a wave if you see me about! 👋🏻🚗
