Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4.

This vehicle had some incorrect readings from its post-lambda sensor, with its live data display this was possibly showing signs of a failed catalytic converter.

After a camera inspection of the catalytic converter we could confirm a replacement was required.

Replacement catalytic converter units were fitted on both banks and now running as it should 💪

VW GOLF GTI

This VW Golf came into our workshop due to a gearbox fault.

In some cases these can be rebuilt & repaird but unfortunately this one required a new Mechatronic unit due to an internal board fault ⚠️

A new Genuine mechatronic was supplied and fitted, DSG service, fully programmed to the vehicle using dealership software along with vehicle software updates and key alignment 🔐

VW GOLF R - 2.0

This vehicle had a very poor misfire, after carrying out some diagnostic checks we confirmed a failed valve spring.

Replacement of all genuine valve springs carried out, We also replaced all valve stem seals due to the common issue on this engine type along with a full timing chain kit with an oil service 💪

VW GOLF (VII) GTI PERFORMANCE.

1️⃣ Intake walnut blasting service - Due to the direct injection system, the Intake ports can carbon up causing power loss or running issues. Once fully cleaned factory power is now resolved due to increased air flow etc ✅️

2️⃣ Fuel injection service - Fuel injectors are fully bench tested to confirm manufacturer specifications. The injectors are also fully ultrasonic bathed/cleaned and finished off with new seals ready for install ✅️

3️⃣ Replacement of engine coolant radiator and Air conditioning radiator due to past leaks found upon inspection ✅️

VW CADDY MAXI.

This vehicle had come into our workshop due to component protection warnings on the dash and quite a few functions not working ⚠️

After some diagnostics checks we were able to confirm a complete failure of the 'Gateway Module'.

A new genuine Module was installed and programmed/coded to the vehicle with a software update got this vehicle back on the road 💪
