Fork lowers cleaned and ready for rebuild.

Years of road grime and salt pitting flushed off these sliders. Vapour blasting gets deep into the casting without taking off any base metal.

Axle clamp bores, seal seats, and caliper faces stay completely true, leaving crisp casting number and a smooth factory satin finish that wipes clean easily and resists staining.

Harley Davidson Ironhead oil pump.

Oil pumps require extreme care, you cannot afford to alter internal gear clearances or ruin mating surfaces with aggressive dry blasting.

Vapour blasting uses a high volume slurry of water and micro media to flush away decades of baked on oil residue, carbon, and oxidation. The water cushion protects critical tolerances and oil galleries while restoring the aluminium to a uniform, factory satin finish.

Suzuki GSX Cylinder head cover ready for powder coating.

These were ultrasonicly cleaned to pull all the grease out first, sand blasted to knock off the heavy paint, and then finished off in the vapour blaster.

The water-cushioned process cleans up the metal completely without rounding off edges or messing with threads, leaving that spotless factory-satin finish.
