More than just a pit stop 🏁

Drop the car off broken, pick it up fixed. Easy. Right?

We strive for all of our customers to have a easy, hassle free experience with us.

However, behind the easy and hassle free experience is:

👉 late nights. Lots and lots of late nights
👉 late and incorrect part deliveries
👉 emergencies
👉 staff sickness and injuries
👉 paperwork. So. Much. Paperwork

We take on the stress, so you don’t have to.

So yes, you turn up and your car is fixed. But there’s a whole team behind that moment. A whole team who have worked flat out to ensure everything is perfect and completed on time.

And trust me, no one is more pleased that it was done in time for your holiday, to pick the kids up or for the car show, than we are 🤝

Building a community, not a customer base 🤝

There’s a saying in business that a customer will become a friend quicker than a friend becomes a customer, and we really do agree.

Our community has become something we’re incredibly proud of. People drop in to see us just because they were coming past, recommend us off their own accord and send us birthday messages 💅🏼

You’re not just a job on the calendar — you’re part of our story, our laughs, and our growth.

Thanks for being part of this community. Here’s to many more years of miles, coffees and answering the phone with “what have you broken now” 😉

The best customers are the ones we never see (and the ones that bring snacks)🫢

Bare with us… there’s a reason.

The customers that:

👉 book MOTs on time
👉 book services at the right times
👉 fix things when they need fixing
👉 sort all maintenance work prior to things going wrong

They are the ones we see once a year, everything is done in one go & we wish them well until the year after 🤣

Then there’s the other type of customer…

Those of you doing timing chain deletes, bouncing off other cars, potholes or even worse, curbs… just to see us - we’re flattered but it’s really not necessary. You can just pop in for a chat instead 😉

Luckily enough, we’ll get it sorted whether we saw you last week, or last year 🔧

If Ash’s motto is anything to go by, you might as well order fun parts, not fix it parts 😉 (M3 needs a whole rear end re-build and he orders coilovers?? A man with his priorities straight 🫢)

Because when it comes to modified cars, there’s two types of people:

1) Ash
2) People that fix the actual issue and modify later

Anyway, whether it’s subtle modifications or chaotic builds, we’re all here for it (and if you’re type 2 - you’re our favourite).

He’s been going on at me about doing a post for him, so… I guess it’s about time.

Meet Cole 🤩

Cole is our Trainee Mechanic aka CEO of “I want to make a complaint to HR” every time he’s asked to work 🙄

But, all jokes aside, Cole has been with us for a few weeks now & has got properly stuck in.

As a small team with an extremely high workload, there’s no capacity for being picky with jobs, so Cole has been involved in everything we have had in - from brakes to engine replacements. And… we’re impressed 😉

If you see Cole around, he loves a customer chat as an excuse to stop working… the ‘doing two things at once’ thing is still a work in progress 🫢

An insane start to your career Cole, we’re looking forward to what’s to come 🙏🏼
