Stolen from outside their own home and taken over 50 miles away, yet the owner had it back the same day.
On 25 September, this Audi A1 was taken from outside the owner's house, the place most of us assume our car is safest. Once the owner got in touch to confirm it had been stolen, our monitoring team got to work straight away. They tracked the car's location and kept Hampshire Police updated until it was found.
By then it was more than 50 miles from home. Without a tracker, a car that far away can easily disappear for good. Instead, it was recovered that same day, with no insurance write-off.
That's what a real team behind your tracker means. When you need us, there's a trained person on the other end of the phone who stays on the case until your car is back, however far it's gone.
ScorpionTrack trackers are Thatcham approved and recognised by the UK's leading insurers, so you could also see a difference in your premium.
Thank you to Hampshire Police for their quick work on this one.
