⏰️Hours 8.30-6.00 Monday to Friday

Based in Chorley, we are a family-run independent garage and are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Service Receptionist to join our team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — welcoming them, booking vehicles in, keeping them updated and helping keep our busy workshop running smoothly.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Garage / motor trade experience (essential)
• Great customer service skills
• Confident using computers & booking systems
• Organised and calm under pressure
• Friendly, professional and reliable

🔧 The role includes:

• Booking in services, repairs & MOTs
• Speaking with customers face-to-face & on the phone
• Raising invoices & taking payments
• Ordering parts
• Liaising with technicians
• General admin duties

💼 What we offer:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
• 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
