"I went into CMC Clay Cross as an "I'll just have a look" situation as I was going through my licence and was told I will need gear.

Since walking in I have bought everything except jeans/trousers so far. By chance I found a bike on their website that was at CMC Thunder Road at Bridgend Rather than going there to view they transported the bike for me for £25 plus my deposit. From this "lets have a look" start I have since spent £7000+ on a bike and gear. The chin curtain on my helmet was damaged and lost and when I asked about this the lady on parts (sorry, didnt ask her name but I really should have) mentioned someone in the workshop may have one, and he did. He gave it away and asked for just some biscuits as a thank you.

I have just been back today with a bag full of thank yous because from start to finish absolutely everyone has been straightforward and helpful and made the whole experience an easy, enjoyable and exciting one. So from Nick and Adam upfront to the lady in accounts, the entire parts, service and workshop teams, everyone has helped and made a difference.

If it were possible, Id 10* the whole site!!
