🔧 Behind the Build – Full Van Conversion 🚐✨

At Chesterfield Van Conversions we don’t just transform vans… we rebuild them from the inside out.

We’re kicking off a new series showing the real process behind a full conversion, starting right at the beginning 👇

🪵 Step 1: Strip Out
Out with the old! We removed the existing ply lining to get back to a clean shell – giving us a fresh start and making sure everything underneath is sound.

🧊 Step 2: Insulation
Next up, insulation. This is where the comfort starts – keeping the van warm in winter, cool in summer, and reducing noise for a better overall feel.

🧵 Step 3: Carpet Lining
Then comes the transformation moment… carpeting the interior. This not only looks 🔥 but also adds durability and a clean, professional finish.

This is just the beginning we’ll be sharing each stage as we go so you can see exactly what goes into a full conversion 👀
