What a weekend!

From getting absolutely snookering ourselves in qualifying, starting 26th in the pouring rain, and fighting through to a 3rd & 1st in class and 4th overall on the road (bumped back down to 5th after red flag count back)

Quite a sub optimal qualifying 🤦‍♂️ weather watching, it looked like we could get out at get some fast laps in on slicks before the forecast rain arrived…..but a hold in assembly meant the rain came hard and heavy before getting out. Tippy toeing round in a lake on slicks, got back to the pits for Jon Gill Team Greedy Racing to do a F1 style pitstop for full wets…..but as the air jacks dropped, the session was red flagged and never restarted 🤦‍♂️ so with zero complete laps its a start from dead last tomorrow 🤣 But atleast we’ll have fun coming through!

One of the biggest race weekends of the year…Oulton Park Gold Cup - after absolutely peeing down yesterday while setting up, the sun is now out - for how long though who knows 🤣

Qualifying is today at 6pm, and 2 races tomorrow at 11.30 and 4.30 - no live stream unfortunately, but TSL have the live timing

Today just wasnt meant to be - a gearbox failure on the outlap of quali put an end the weekend. Limped round for the mandatory 3 laps in the hope of fixing it before the race, but sounds like its lost a tooth on the input shaft 🤦‍♂️

5 weeks now to get it fixed before the Gold Cup at Oulton park 💪

After a mega busy few weeks in the workshop with various customer cars, its time to let off some steam with a pair of races at Snetterton on the 300 layout

What a weekend!

After a decent qualifying - p6 overall, and first of the non HC cars, the wastegate failed on the way to the grid for race one 🤦‍♂️

Managing to rebuild it in time for race two, we were starting at the back, alongside our very good friend Team Greedy Racing (who also had race 1 dramas)

First few laps felt amazing, with us and Jon slicing through the field, but unfortunately the fun came to and end with the 205 suffering a clutch failure 😢

That left us to carry on the march forward alone, finally getting to 2nd in class and 7th overall.

Great race, loved every minute of it, and hopefully the sign of things to come battling with Jon in the 205

Many thanks to everybody that came to watch, and especially Paul, Jacob, Gavin and Steve for helping keep the car running
