Today’s pass goes to Lily, passing her test in Chesterfield on her FIRST attempt with ONE tiny fault! 🎉⭐ A huge well done to you! 👏🏽✨ 4 of us in the car as the examiner was also been assessed so extra pressure and you DID IT! 🥳

I’ve absolutely loved our lessons. There was never a quiet moment 😂 whether it was cheerleading 📣 work 💼 school 🎓friends 👯‍♀️ or whatever else had happened that week, you always had a story to tell and kept me entertained! 😆💕

Becoming the family chauffeur in your beautiful new car 🚗✨ has definitely helped with some extra last minute practice, and it’s clearly paid off today! 🙌🏆

I love that you’ve already got your first proper drive planned too, off to Curbar tonight for a walk with friends 🌄🥾🌿

Now we just need to get your friends passed as well! 😂 Thank you for all the recommendations - I’ll miss you 💕

😎💪 YESSS BROO!! 💪😎

HDS Pass #55 of 2026 goes to Morgan Fendall from Newbold MOT Centre who passed his test FIRST TIME with HDS and with only 6 minor driving faults.

Morgan came to us for help after trying his luck with a couple of other instructors.
For a number of reasons he never really settled with anyone else and was feeling abit disheartened - Morgan ended up with HDS Company Director Joseph Handley.

From day one me and Morgan did nothing but laugh. A mutual respect of two guys with similar personalities just plugging away life starting with those lessons.
Every lesson was a absolute blast and Morgan went from strength to strength.
I'm incredibly proud of Morgan today. He stepped up, did himself and the rest of us proud..

Thanks very much for the help and support from the family in between lessons.

Drive safe!

A huge well done to Amy, passing her test in Chesterfield today on her FIRST attempt with just 3 faults ! 🎉🚗🥳⭐ that paracetamol and banana 🍌 clearly worked!

You’ve taken everything in your stride and, although you might not have felt it inside, you always looked calm and in control 😎As if driving came naturally to you 🚘✨ even though I know that hasn’t always been the case! 😅

You also allowed several PDIs to sit in the back of your lessons 👀📝, adding a bit of extra pressure 😬, so thank you for helping with that! 🙌🏽 It’s all paid off today 🎊🏆

Massive congratulations to Keeva on passing her driving test today! 🎉🚗

She passed on her very first attempt, with only 3 driver faults — an amazing achievement!

From day one, she’s been incredibly determined to reach this moment. Always eager to learn and always willing to listen to my advice (apart from the occasional eye roll when I told her to slow down for doing 31 in a 30! 😂).

She’s definitely a student I’m going to miss. We’ve had some great laughs along the way. Who am I going to wind up now? 😢

With less than 10 lessons you’ve absolutely smashed it 👏 Your natural driving ability has been incredible from day one, picking everything up so quickly and confidently 🌟

People like this are so rare, explain something once and off he goes, making safe, sensible decisions every time 👌🛣️

An absolute pleasure to teach from start to finish. Also got his lovely girlfriend through her test (thanks for the recommendation Izzy!) 😘 Happy car shopping, more importantly dont spend all your money on the car, holidays are just as important! 🚘🎉🍾

We are absolutely BUZZIN’ to finally and formally introduce my old friend and former work colleague, Ian Nelson! 🚗💨

Marking instructor number 11, Ian will be offering manual driving tuition in the soon-to-be UNMISSABLE orange Corsa, covering the following areas:

• Killamarsh
• Halfway
• Mosborough
• Beighton
• Kiveton
• Eckington
• Staveley
• Surrounding areas

Ian brings years of extensive HGV experience, which really shows through in his teaching style. He’s one of the calmest, kindest, most laid-back people I’ve ever met, and because of that, I know he’s going to make an incredible instructor.
