🚗🎉HDS Pass #159 of 2026 🎉🚗

Congratulations 🥳 to Lewis Sanderson with a first time pass with HDS with just 2 driving faults, he did exceptionally well 🥳🎉👏

I must also say a thank you to our very own Will Ball for getting Lewis started on his journey, Lewis moved to me after his availability changed.
I would also like to thank his mum and especially dad for helping Lewis with his driving and confidence, 💪🏼🚗 the extra lessons really helped, driving must run in the family with Grandad being an instructor too😎❤️🎉🫶🏼

I’m so proud to be part of your learning and I look forward to seeing you wave when I see you out and about, happy car hunting now 🚗 🚙💪🏼xx

Love Em xx

Being able to work with the great Dave Leverton to bring some much-needed support for PDIs is honestly such a privilege. 🙏

My mission has always been to "DO IT BETTER" in terms of supporting other instructors, and this is just part of that. 😎

The icing on the cake for me is that, because Dave is so comfortable delivering support online, we're now able to help PDIs not just locally but NATIONALLY! 💪

None of this would be possible without Driving Success with Dave Leverton at Handley Driving School. I'd publicly like to say thank you for all your support. Together, we're going to be able to make positive changes for instructors all over the country. 🙏

FREE PART 3 SUPPORT ANYONE?

Every Tuesday at 5:30pm, I run an online PDI surgery which is very kindly sponsored by Handley Driving School. We look at a a different topic each week in detail to develop knowledge and understanding, along with a live Q&A and the opportunity to share experiences, challenges or concerns.

Such is the success of these sessions that we are making them available to all PDI's throughout the UK completely FREE of charge!

Next weeks topic is Goal Setting and How to Use Scaling Effectively. It's the very first line on the Part 3 sheet and crucial to an effective lesson but often missed - so this is an important one to understand.

Just drop a message to myself or the team at Handley Driving School for the link to join.

What have you got to lose?

🎊ADI Part 2 Passed!🎊

🎉🚗HDS Pass #157 of 2026🚗🎉

It's a big thumbs up for Richard who passed his ADI Part 2 test at Chesterfield this morning at the first attempt.

It's been a long 7 month wait for a test date for Richard so he's kept up his preparations with regular sessions on the road with Dave Leverton and loads of private practice.

It's on to Part 3 training now and the chance to launch a new career for 2027.

Huge congratulations to Richard and Dave on a hugely successful Monday morning and a job well done 😎

🚗🎊 HDS pass #156 of 2026! 🎊🚗

CONGRATULATIONS! Will Wood passed his test today FIRST TIME with our very own Joe Handley. 😎

Will came to me after I'd done some work helping his mum with slip roads, dual carriageway and motorway confidence. 💪

Driving didn't come completely naturally to Will at the begining but that quickly changed and away he went. 😎

Will is a lovely young man and I genuinely couldn't be prouder of him. I am at a loss as to what to do on a Thursday afternoon now.. 🤣

Drive safely mate. 🙏🚗👌🎊

Joe 😎
