Another new Oakmere Norton Atlas handover. Julian was kind enough to review and send a few words on the Atlas after a couple of weeks.

“Rarely does a motorcycle come along that genuinely challenges the accepted norm, but the Norton Atlas has certainly surprised me.

Its 585cc engine delivers strong, effortless power from low revs in virtually any gear, yet it remains relaxed and composed on the motorway. All of this is wrapped up in an ultra-modern package, with technology you simply don’t expect to find on a bike in this class.

What really impressed me, though, is the handling. The Atlas feels exceptionally well balanced and remarkably light on its feet — more like a lightweight dirt bike than a traditional long-distance adventure bike.

Norton have created something genuinely different here. It’s a motorcycle that puts a big smile on your face every time you ride it.
