What started out as a straightforward roof swap has turned into a much bigger job than we originally anticipated!

We’ve had to remove the roof and re-cut sections to accommodate a completely new frame and ensure everything fits correctly.

On closer inspection, the original setup consisted of fibreglass sides and rear, with just a metal bar across the front. This left the roof with very little structural support, so getting everything right has meant a lot more work than first expected.

More updates to follow as we progress with this one!

This is a roof in for a brand new skyline north roof. As you can see the shape of this along side poor quality tent is causing the customer real issues;

We are replacing it with our all new roof which is made by specialised fibreglass companies ensuring your get the highest quality product

Don’t buy cheap use a proven roof that’s quality built

The roof was colour coded to match the van, already converted inside by the ply guys we added the top along with lights bi fold bed with cover panel and map light
