We are looking to hire an experienced garage receptionist this will be on a full time basis to join one of our very busy branches' located in Chester le Street near the Tescos store

Candiate profile:
Provides oustanding customer service skills
Communicates a professional manner in person and via telephone
Shows excellent interpersonal skills
Shows Confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm in all aspects of work
Demonstrates a good self-initiative, capable to work individually as well as part of a team
Must be computer litterate (training and guidance with our company software is available)
Shows an organised approach to work

Job role includes
Being proactive, and liaising with both existing and new customers in relation to their vehicle repairs and maintance
Pricing vehicle repairs and maintance
Ensuring our customer enquiries are dealt with promptly
Using our online booking system to book in vehicle work
Calling a range of suppliers to check availability, price and order parts
Able to perform tasks such as building job cards for vehicle work using our online software and ordering/receiving goods

Working hours are Monday to Friday but must be willing to work occassional Saturdays
Salary is discussed on interview

Our Front Street branch is now finally OPEN!! After a year of closure for a big refurb we are happy to be back up and running again
