We had a 2016 Range Rover evoque with a 2.0l ingenium engine in for the Engine Management light on and a fault code for the EGR flow.

Checked the EGR valve and EGR system and that was all clear. Checked the DPF and found to be blocked which was causing the exhaust flows to be restricted.

We removed the DPF and sent away to be cleaned and come back clear with sufficient flow.

Refitted the DPF road tested and all good

A wiring fault on this 2011 Range Rover sport

This fault was caused by the suspect wire which controls the rear suspension to rub against protective cover. This caused the air suspension to not work and the rear air suspension to drop after a period of time

Another Wet belt Replacement in today on a 2020 Vauxhall Crossland

These PSA engines are notorious for wet belt issues which is caused by the belt deteriorating in the engine and blocking the oil pump Strainer and oil galleries.

Once the strainer is blocked it’ll then cause oil pressure issues and will result in engine failure.
