Another Vauxhall C20XE head getting the full TCK treatment!

This one is quite old and was already given a bit of porting many years ago by another workshop so now it was time to go over it thoroughly for my customer to fit to his new engine build.

Fitted with new colsibro valve guides, cosworth stem seals, supertech valves, SBD spring kit and FCP solid lifters this head should now live on for many more years and make plenty of power with the high lift 300 degree piper camshafts.

One of the more recent jobs completed is this clubman turbo conversion,

I was originally just an MG metro turbo conversion but had a huge list of issues from a completely destroyed turbo to loose suspension components and brake leaks etc

Now its had some very worth while upgrades like a full TCK intercooler kit, side mount manifold and a new Garret GBC turbocharger along with lots of other supporting mods!
