Jag xf in for manifold/rockercover. Customer complained of vehicle entering limp mode under acceleration. Quick look under the bonnet showed drivers side manifold covered in oil. Cleaned oil away to discover the manifold had cracked. A fairly common issue on these engines. New rocker cover/inlet manifold being installed along with new gaskets and injector seals!

Cylinder head gasket on this corsa on going. Vehicle boiled over on the customer, rest of the cooling system functioning as it should. Head removed and off to engineers for skim, crack test and valves reseated. Awaiting news

Busy week last week no time to post however, gearbox replacement on this Nissan mv200 as it lost 2nd gear. Clutch and flywheel change on a transit tipper and numerous other jobs. All with happy customers 😀

Dash removed on this nissan nivara. Heaters intermittently do not blow hot air. Thermostat and waterpump checked and are working as they should. Old coolant had signs of Radweld or K seal mixed in so our suspicions are that it has blocked up the heater matrix.

More stripping to do but its in there somewhere!

No job we won't consider taking on!

Thats engine ready for the turbos to be changed. More stripping yet but you can see the scoring on the housing now

Twin turbos to be changed on this range rover. Customer brought the vehicle in making a strange noise, we found one turbo had developed an oil leak which then starved the other causing it to start sticking and damaged the housing. Big job this one!

Cambelt and water pump replacement on this VW Golf.

Timing belts are changed based on milage or age of vehicle. Not a part anyone would want to fail.
