Saphir du Rheu (2009–2026) 💙

A Grade 1-winning superstar, Cheltenham Racecourse Ambassador, and an honorary member of the team.

After racing, Saphy was cherished by Charlotte and Robin, enjoying his outings with the RDA and proving just as brilliant with children as he was tackling the cross-country later in life. He even led his team to victory in the Team Chase Championships this spring.

A truly special horse who will be missed.
