A big congratulations goes to Tom, who passed 1st attempt. Not only that, he passed with 1 driver fault 👏 💪

Even the examiner felt for him as he picked up the fault 3mins from the end.

But needless to say what a great drive he put on for the examiner and most importantly for himself.
Showing he can be a safe driver out on our roads.
A pleasure to teach and a great lad, I’m happy to never see you again 😊

The rules for booking and managing car driving tests are changing.

If you've got a test booked, or you're planning to book one soon, here are the key dates you need to know:

✅ 31 March 2026 – only 2 changes can be made to a booking
✅ 12 May 2026 – only learners are allowed to book a test and make changes
✅ 9 June 2026 – learners can move their booked test only to nearby centres

Congratulations to Gabby for passing her test today at Witham, I now have availability to take another student who would like manual lessons.

It’s Road Safety Week 2025!

It’s also nearly winter – as the temperature drops, make sure you're ready.

When driving in winter conditions:
❄️clear all snow and ice from all your windows
❄️ ensure that lights are clean and number plates are clearly visible and legible
❄️ make sure the mirrors are clear and the windows are demisted thoroughly
❄️ remove all snow that might fall off into the path of other road users
❄️ check your planned route is clear of delays and that no further snowfalls or severe weather are predicted
