Arguably one of the most desirable air-cooled 911s ever made, the finish of this rare 1989 Porsche 911 Speedster has been taken to the next level with a complete detail using professional Certified Detailer products.

After a full wash and decontamination, the original Zermatt Silver paint now has an outstanding level of finish after the application of 2-stage Gyeon Q2 Infinite Type 1 ceramic coatings. Particular attention was also payed to all areas of black trim to ensure consistency of colour and finish.Wheels and tyres have been treated with Gyeon Q² Rim and Gyeon Q² Tire respectively, leaving the entire vehicle not only looking stunning, but protected from the effects of road grime, UV and environmental contaminants. To maintain our ceramic coating applied to your vehicle and preserve the warranty, it’s critical to follow a regular maintenance schedule. We recommend the following routine:

1. WASH
Wheels: Always start by rinsing out the arches and cleaning the wheels. Generously apply Gyeon Q2M Wheel Cleaner, let it dwell, then agitate with a dedicated wheel brush before rinsing off with clean water.

Pre Wash: Before the contact wash, it’s important to remove as much road grime from the paintwork as possible. An application of Gyeon Q2M Bug&Grime spray and Gyeon Q2M foam using a foam lance is perfect for this.

Contact wash and decontamination: A two bucket wash is recommended – one for Gyeon Q2M Bathe wash shampoo, and the other for clean rinse water. Starting from the roof, gently work down the vehicle in straight lines, rinsing the wash mitt after each panel. After the wash is complete, lower panels may require an application of Gyeon Q2M Tar to aid removal of any bonded contaminants.

2. DRY
Using light dabs of the Q2M SilkDryer EVO towel, or laying it gently on each panel and slowly pulling along will soak up any remaining water.

3. TOP UPS
It’s always best to let the ceramic coating work without interference. However, if required an application of Gyeon Q2M Cure or Gyeon Q2M Quick Detailer is fine to use as a maintenance top up. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
