I shouldn’t have to address this but let me be clear. No one and I mean no one is going to be abusive to my staff. I have 0 tolerance for this and they have been told over and over to simply end the call/conversation. Our technicians don’t talk on the phone to customers. We are very very busy and to get through the work and stay focused we simply can’t pull a technician off the job they are on to have a chat on the phone. Make a threat that you are coming down her to straighten us out and you will asked to leave and the police called end of. We understand a vehicle being broken down or not working right is frustrating. We didn’t break it, we do and try to do everything we possibly can to make the process as smooth and easy as possible to get your vehicle back on the road but we will not tolerate anyone being abusive to any of our staff.

It probably needs a service.

A full air-con service checks for leaks, tests pressure, inspects the compressor, and cleans the system. So the cold air actually lasts.

But how do you know you need an aircon service, instead of a regas?
🚗 Weak or warm air even after a regas. Typically fades a few weeks after the regas
🚗 Noisy compressor – clicking, rattling or grinding points to a mechanical issue a regas won't touch.
🚗 Air-con works, but not as cold as it used to be, every single year
