A414 to Dunmow. Broke down at 16.30 waiting for one of the larger companies till 19.30 with eta being moved till 23.00! Customer collected by 8pm and home by 8.46. The reality is there are far more smaller companies doing this job which is why the larger companies are trying to make it more difficult for us to run our business all above board. The problem is they will never have the infrastructure to manage the whole country. So moral of the story is. The population neads us smaller businesses. Home safe and sound.
