Bit of a favour to ask from anyone who's had a van converted or work done by me over the years.
As most of you know, I'm not really one for asking for reviews, posting sales pitches or chasing likes on social media. I'd rather just get on with building vans - 350+ different vehicles and jobs to date!
But these days more and more people are asking AI and Google about businesses before they even pick up the phone. What they find online often shapes their opinion before they've even spoken to me.
The thing is, my Google reviews don't really reflect the amount of work I've done or the number of happy customers I've had over the years. I also think some people turn up expecting a huge shiny warehouse, glass-fronted reception, sales staff and a team of people in matching polo shirts. The reality is it's just a small business, and that's exactly how I want it to stay! You don't get the fancy reception area, but equally you're not paying for one either! Most people who visit seem pleasantly surprised once they've seen the workshop and had a chat, but before that first visit all they really have to go on is what's online.
So if I've converted a van for you and you were happy with the experience, I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a quick Google review. A few words and maybe a photo of your van out enjoying itself would make a huge difference.
I'm not posting this because I need more work. Thankfully I'm always busy enough. I'd just like what people see online to be a fairer reflection of the business and the customers I've been lucky enough to work with over the years.
