Tiguan in for EML. Quick scan showed a boost leak, traced via smoke test to the top boost pipe loose and leaking. Once removed we found no green seal and the clip half missing! Worse the other part was in the inlet stuck to the charge cooler, luckily it was stuck as if it was ingested it would have killed the engine! A quick call to the customer confirmed our suspicions that a national chain has only just done a service with plugs meaning removal was needed of this hose! They might seem cheap but its not worth the risk. Book online today:
