Alfa Giulietta 1750 Cloverleaf came in with a lack of power and making some strange noises, we identified the issue to find the turbo shaft had snapped, we removed the turbo and sent it off to be reconditioned, we refitted the turbo with a new modified oil feed pipe, we also replaced the cambelt kit and waterpump and carried out a service on the engine

Alfa Stelvio Quadrifoglio came in with a running issue, after carrying out some diagnostic tests, we suspected airflow issues on bank 1, we decided to carry out a smoke test which highlighted a broken seal between the throttle body and inlet manifold, all repaired and power restored, we then carried out a full service and gearbox service

Abarth 595 came in with a very poor running engine after some investigation we found it had no compression on number 2 cylinder, we removed the engine and pulled the cylinder head to find a as suspected a burnt out valve which is proving a common problem on these later abarths, we rebuilt the cylinder head with some upgraded valves which should prevent the issue happening again and future proof the engine, all rebuilt and back to the very happy customer

Abarth 500 in for a new turbo, it had missed a few routine services in the past few years and covered a lot of miles which caused the turbo oil feed pipe to block starving the turbo of oil, all replaced using genuine parts and driving how it should again, if your oil change is overdue make sure to get it booked in!
