💥POLITE NOTICE💥
We are very disappointed we need to post this but because of a select few it has to be done.
💰PAYMENT💰
Please ensure that you have the means to pay for any works carried out IMMEDIATELY upon completion. Payment terms are no payment, no car, no exceptions. On the whole, the vast majority of our customers will pay on collection - unfortunately, there are a few that need nudging every couple of days. “I’ll do it tonight or sorry I forgot” is no longer an acceptable response. Mobile banking makes it possible to send money instantly. No internet? We have Wi-Fi. No phone or cash? We have a card machine or a cash point is 5 minutes away. Vehicles that we don’t receive payment for after 72 hours of the invoice being raised will start to incur a £10 per day storage charge.
🛠 APPOINTMENTS 🛠
Please be aware that failing to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment will result in an invoice for £60. If you don’t turn up we don’t make money and we could have booked in another customer.
🔓DEPOSITS🔓
Should the parts for your vehicle cost over £500, or if they are “special order” parts, the cost of these parts will need to be covered, in full, before they are ordered AND before your vehicle is booked in for work to be carried out. This is to allow us to continue being as efficient as physically possible, avoid us gathering a selection of parts We don’t want, and to avoid losing hours that could be spent earning money when people forget, change their mind, or have other issues arise. This will also allow other customers to utilise our time should your circumstances change.
