There is a black Audi parked and blocking one of our caravans just behind the Arches pub on North side, if this car belongs to you, please can you move it into the carpark?

*Site Fee Reminder!*
We'd like to remind all our owners about payments for site fees to be paid by the 30th September to avoid additional charges. There are some options on how to pay, whether that's payments in full or instalments:
-In our reception. Pop into our reception and we will take the payment there for you.
-Over the phone. Please call 07376638889 as our landline is not available.
-Payment online. Please see the attached image for our bank details to make a payment to us. You MUST reference your payment with your SURNAME, CARAVAN NUMBER and 'N' or 'S'. We must have this detail to ensure your payment is correctly allocated to your account.
If you can make the payment online, we do recommend this option as our office can be very busy with phone calls and in person payments during this time.

Good Morning! We wanted to let you know that today our reception will be closing at 3pm. If you need electric or gas bottles, please make sure these are ordered before 2pm to ensure there is still enough time to get them out to you before closing at 3pm. Good morning!
We're aware that there have been a few rumours and some misinformation circulating regarding 2027 site fees.
As our usual newsletter has been delayed in reaching you, we wanted to make sure you have the correct information in the meantime. We've therefore posted the site fees below for everyone to see. Good afternoon,
We hope you’re having a fab weekend!
A little reminder for all our owners and caravan guests with dogs.
We love our four legged visitors! But please remember to keep dogs on leads around the Happy Days Holiday Homes sites and please pick up after your dogs. No one wants to step into an unexpected surprise!

Good morning everyone,
We have an important announcement from the team here at Happy Days Holiday Homes.
We've noticed that some owners are storing items underneath their caravans. For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that all belongings are stored in your caravan metal shed or storage box instead. Storing items underneath caravans is a fire risk and is not permitted on site.
We'd also like to remind everyone that plastic & wooden sheds and boxes are not permitted on the site.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the site safe for everyone. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the reception.
