Customer brought his van in with an oil leak saying he had just had a recon engine installed else where, we had to remove the engine to get access to the pipes leaking, they are well known for breaking when removed , the though put into this cowboy repair is unreal 🤔 for repairs done properly💻📱📞 Frank's workshop

Thanks to all the genuine customers and their lovely reviews here on Facebook and on Google, also a massive thank you to the people that reported the reviews on Google one of them looks like it's been removed, and rightly so it was 100% false, one left on Google where the "person" is stating we stole from them which is also 100% false franks workshop has been around for over 30 years we wouldn't be in business with all you great repeat customers for many many years if that was the case, we are very grateful to the support giving for our loyal customer, heres to another year of keeping you on the road safe, and doing our best to keep your bills reasonable in this terrible economy

So we have 2 very bad reviews on Google reviews 🤔 never have we ever took good parts off cars and replaced with old this will and has never happened along with wheels being left loose they are checked twice and torqued so who ever left the reviews are definitely not genuine, and if they are true customers bring these cars to us with a invoice to prove we worked on your car and I personally will rectify this with full reimbursement of the repair if proof is there it's only myself and Frank that work in the garage myself on and off and my dad frank is there full time
I can only think it's friends and family of a business in carnoustie that I left a bad review for, because if I thought a garage removed good components off my car and swapped with old I would certainly be straight back for an explanation and my parts back, we have a loyal vast customer base with customers who have brought their cars to us for over 30 years
