🎄✨ CHRISTMAS IS COMING TO THE GARAGE! ✨🎄

We’re sorry to use the C word so soon, but these spaces will book up very quickly and we wanted to share this with you all. We’re delighted to be opening our upstairs space for some gorgeous festive Children & Family Christmas Mini Shoots with M Yates Photography 📸❤️

👧👦 More than one child can be included in your session!
Whether you’re bringing siblings or more than one little one, you can capture those lovely Christmas memories together. Please note that the package includes 10 digital images in total per session, rather than 10 images per child. You are welcome to book back to back sessions if you would like more.

Your images will be ready in plenty of time for Christmas, making them perfect for capturing those special family memories — or creating a thoughtful, personalised Christmas gift for grandparents and loved ones. 🎁❤️

Just because your fuel light comes on doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to keep driving until the tank is almost empty.

Many modern vehicles use the fuel in the tank to help cool and lubricate the fuel pump. Regularly running your car on a very low fuel level can put extra strain on the pump and, over time, may lead to premature wear or even failure.

A simple habit of keeping at least a quarter of a tank of fuel can help protect your fuel system and may save you from an expensive repair further down the line.

If your vehicle is struggling to start, losing power, stalling, or you think there may be a fuel system issue, we’re always happy to take a look.

💍🔧BIG NEWS FROM GUDGEON'S REPAIRS LTD!🔧💍

Just a little heads-up that we will be CLOSED TODAY as our boss man, Adam, is getting married over the weekend!🥂💒

With a wedding to prepare for, a suit to steam, speeches to panic about, and probably a few last-minute jobs from the bride-to-be, we'll be taking today off to make sure everything is ready for the big day. We'll be back to normal from Monday 3rd August, hopetully with Adam still smiling and wearing his wedding ring!💍

Most people only think about their air conditioning when the weather gets warm… but did you know it should actually be used all year round?

Running your air conditioning regularly (even in winter!) helps to:

✅ Keep the system lubricated
✅ Prevent seals from drying out
✅ Improve windscreen demisting
✅ Keep the air inside your car fresher
✅ Help avoid costly repairs in the future

A good tip is to switch your air conditioning on for around 10 minutes once a week to keep everything working as it should.

If your air con isn’t as cold as it used to be, has an unpleasant smell or hasn’t been checked in a while, we’re always happy to help.

✅ FACT: Brake pads can wear dangerously low without making a sound. By the time you hear grinding, your brake discs could already be getting damaged, turning what could have been a simple brake pad replacement into a much more expensive repair.

Regular brake inspections can help spot worn pads before they become a bigger problem, keeping you safer on the road and potentially saving you money.
