We finally got some time last week to start the hardtail on the virago 535!

Top bars welded in✅
Leaving us with welding bottom bars in so we can then chop and expose the driveshaft for a retro/custom look.

Once all the welding is done on the frame it’s mocking up for the secondary fuel tank.

Nice t5 in today for some tlc on the front subframe.

Fully wire wheeled down to get rust and old paint off,then we used a brush on zinc primer to keep corrosion at bay. Then hit it with hammerite after!

We offer all sorts of underbody painting/undersealing to suit your vehicle.
