Renault Trafic presented with a charging system fault. LIN bus communication was tested at the alternator to accurately confirm the diagnosis of a faulty alternator before any parts were replaced.

A new alternator was fitted, the charging system was retested, and the fault was fully resolved. Vehicle returned to the customer with a first-time fix.

Volkswagen polo presented to us that was described as repeatedly going into limp mode. A quick code scan showed multiple codes suggesting issues with communication to transmission control module. Opened the bonnet and found what we can only describe as a mess! New connector fitted and loom repaired.
