Timing Belt Kit Replacement (Wet Belt) on this Ford Transit.

The Oil sump has been removed and as you can see in the pictures the fragments of the perished belt sitting in the bottom of the Oil sump. This is why renewing the Wet Timing belt is vital to preserve the longevity of the vehicles life.

Volkswagen Passat radiator replacement due to coolant leak from the radiator.

Full front end stripped down. This particular vehicle has 2 radiators so both replaced and coolant replenished.

This lucky customer came in with their Volkswagen Touran with a noise from engine area. 🤔

After some investigation we found the Timing belt tensioner had failed as you can see in the video. In doing so caused the Water pump to collapse. 🕵🕵

This could have caused the Timing belt to snap/fail ending in Engine failure.☠️💀☠️

Timing Belt Tensioner, Water Pump and Timing Belt Kit fitted and the car is back on the road with a happy ending.🚗😁
