Going up?

A mechanism failure on this Discovery 5’s rear window left the window stuck open - not ideal in the wet and cold winter weather!
A common fault where the wire inside frays, jamming the mechanism components and prevents the window from moving.

We're on Santa's nice list!!!!

Final pre-flight inspection, service and checks on Santa's Range Rover Classic complete and the green light given for Christmas day!

With that, we would like to wish all customers, suppliers, friends and anyone who has supported R380 Automotive this year, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for another fantastic year working on your Land Rovers!

After an altercation with a wagon this Discovery 4 wing mirror came off worst!
The mirror assembly and cover were replaced, with puddle light, mirror camera, indicator flasher and glass undamaged and therefore reused. A nice opportunity to upgrade to colour coded covers. Completed using a mix of genuine and after market parts.

In between the larger scale jobs being completed before Christmas, we renewed the rear brakes on this stunning Discovery Sport. Lipped discs and worn pads, replaced with Brembo components.

Last night we hosted two local Young Farmers clubs, Shaftoe and Whitley Chapel for an evening at R380 Automotive.

After refreshments, Ed introduced the business and how his career in Land Rovers came about. A tour of the workshop followed, looking at some of our current projects, including the Defender 110 chassis change pictured. Then a demo on basic car maintenance and explanation of common dashboard warning lights. Finishing with an F1 style pit-stop wheel off, wheel on race - using one of our R380 Defenders and a set of old wheels.

As a business we’re always happy to give a bit back to the community where we can. With Ed and Claire enjoying their younger years as YFC members, it’s an organisation we love to support!

Tow bar supplied and fitted to this commercial Discovery 5 R-Dynamic, now a capable tow vehicle for the new owner. Whilst in, an engine fault light was also investigated using our dealer level diagnostic computer.
