We’re incredibly proud to announce that Movantra is now an official partner of Carlisle United Football Club.

As a Cumbrian business, we understand just how much this club means to the people it represents.

Carlisle United is more than 90 minutes of football.

It’s generations of families heading to Brunton Park together. It’s friendships, memories, pride, belonging and a shared identity that reaches far beyond the stadium.

And that's exactly why supporting the club matters to us.

We’ve always said that our commitment to our community has to be demonstrated through action, not simply words.

As Movantra continues to grow across Cumbria and throughout the UK, we want that growth to create opportunities for us to give something back to the places and people that have supported us.

We’ve never wanted to simply supply vehicles.

Our approach has always been to become an extension of the businesses we work with — understanding how they operate, what pressures they face and, most importantly, being there when they need us.

Almost an out-of-house, in-house fleet team.

Because good fleet support isn’t just about getting a vehicle from A to B. It’s about keeping people moving, solving problems quickly, communicating properly and taking some of the pressure away from the teams we support.

That means getting to know our customers. Understanding what matters to them. Being flexible when plans change. Reacting when something goes wrong. And continually asking ourselves what we can do better.

It’s something we’ve always tried to do, but as we move forward into the Movantra chapter, it’s an approach we’re even more committed to.

We’re growing. We’re learning. And we’ll continue improving the way we support our customers as their businesses grow too.

Another one we’re incredibly proud of… 💙💚

Movantra has also been shortlisted for the BECBC Growing Business Award.

It’s fantastic to have the business we’ve built over the last 12 months recognised, and to reflect on the growth we’ve been privileged to experience during that time.

But growth doesn’t happen on its own.

It’s no secret that we believe good people achieve good things — and we genuinely believe that the clients and businesses we work alongside are some of the very best.

Every opportunity we’ve been given, every new relationship we’ve built and every client who has put their trust in us has played a part in our journey.

It’s our privilege to support those businesses, keep their people moving and play our part in helping them do what they do best.

There’s still a huge amount we want to achieve with Movantra, but it’s great to stop for a moment and recognise just how far we’ve come.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Movantra has been shortlisted for the Britain's Energy Coast Business Cluster Social Value Award.

For us, this recognition means a lot.

The name above the door may have changed, but the commitment hasn’t.

What started as FlexiRental’s commitment to supporting the communities around us is something Movantra will continue to build on — using our vehicles, our time, our resources and our relationships to make a genuine difference wherever we can.

But social value isn’t about us.

It’s about the incredible charities, community groups, sports clubs, events and causes doing the hard work every single day. We’re simply fortunate enough to be in a position to support them.

The name might have changed. Our commitment to our communities hasn’t.

This week, we’re proud to be supporting the world-famous Egremont Crab Fair & World Gurning Championships, providing a van for the team to use in the preparation, set-up and running of this weekend’s historic event.

It’s exactly the kind of practical, hands-on support that matters to us.

As Movantra, we may have a new name and a new identity, but the principles that got us here remain exactly the same — supporting the people,
organisations and communities around us wherever we can.

A big thank you also to our friends at William King Construction, whose support has helped make this possible.

Now, we’d like to show you what that evolution means.

This isn’t about leaving FlexiRental behind. It’s about recognising how far the business has come and creating an identity that reflects where we are heading next.

From our roots in Cumbria, we have grown into a trusted fleet solutions partner supporting businesses, industry and hardworking people across the UK.

Our name has changed, but the principles behind our business remain the same: being reliable, dependable and flexible; responding when our customers need us; and continuing to support the communities in which we live and work.
