Part-Time Kitchen Assistant Vacancy - Coppins Garage, Waverton

D A Harrison is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Coppins Garage, Waverton.

The role involves 3–4 days per week (subject to business needs) and includes early morning starts, weekend working, and flexibility to provide holiday and sickness cover when required.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing hot and cold food to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
• Completing food safety records
• Assisting with stock control and ordering
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working effectively as part of a busy team

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a good eye for detail, and a positive, flexible attitude. Food Hygiene & Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

We’re pleased to say our new fuel pump installation has all gone to plan and our forecourt is open as normal.

Just a reminder that from around 8am this morning, our forecourt will be closed for the next 3 days. The shop is still open as normal.

🚧 Forecourt Closure Notice - 23rd to 25th June 🚧

⛽ We're upgrading our fuel pumps ⛽

⛽ Our forecourt will be closed from Tuesday 23rd - Thursday 25th June while essential upgrade works are carried out. We will have 1 nozzle available on pump 5 for Diesel only.

🛒 Good news: Our shop will remain open as usual throughout this period, and we'd love to see you for all your everyday essentials.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.

We'll be back pumping fuel as soon as the work is complete!

JOB VACANCY – COPPINS GARAGE

D A Harrison have a vacancy for a part time Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Coppins Garage, Waverton. The post will include early morning starts & weekends along with holiday/sickness cover as required. 3 to 4 days per week, subject to change.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment along with an eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for preparing hot & cold food, maintaining accurate food safety records, stock control/ordering and maintaining our high levels of cleanliness. Food Hygiene & Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates are desirable although not essential as full training can be provided to the right candidate.
